Known worldwide as the Baking Expo™ that brings together the entire grain-based food industry, the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) provides attendees with the latest baking technology, equipment, ingredient, supply and business solutions to stay competitive and strong in today's changing marketplace. In 2010, the event is expected to attract 19,000 baking professionals and 700 exhibitors, filling 500,000 net square feet of space.
Sponsored by the American Bakers Association (ABA), BEMA and the Retail Bakers of America (RBA), IBIE is a "working show," where millions of dollars of business is conducted daily during the four days of the event.
